“Would you ever [insert sexual act]?” is an often-heard question and I think a lot of people respond viscerally to this question without really exploring their motivations for their answer whether it’s a “yes” or “no.”
A great blog, Expensive Mistakes and Cheap Thrills, is pushing people though to examine their own sexual boundaries which, I believe, is essential to do in order to maximize the satisfaction of our sexuality. The map of each individual’s sexuality which is made up of our fantasies, kinks and turn-offs is fascinating and yet, if we don’t explore our sexual selves by pushing our boundaries I do not believe the complexity of our sexuality can be fully appreciated. Additionally, the more we know about the intricate nature of our sexuality, the more satisfaction it can bring to us.
In order to address sexual boundaries and encourage exploration, the author of this blog created a series titled “Would You Ever…” to allow people an opportunity to discuss topics of sexuality that may not be as commonly explored as others. Contributors have so far explored anal sex, masturbation and sex toys.
So…never say never!
